A place where Yoga and Yogalates classes are held weekly.
The benefits of Yoga and Pilates are cumulative, and a regular practice has immense physical and physiological benefits on the body, mind, and spirit.
If you’ve never practiced Yoga or Yogalates before, I aim to introduce you to their benefits in a kind, gentle, and non competitive environment.
The spectacular view of the Pacific ocean, and the beautiful sound of the waves meeting the shore, provide the background to your practice… and the classes are designed with respect to the individual needs of each person.
The classes are taught by kind, safe, and experienced teachers… who, no matter where your fitness or flexibility lay, encourage you to come as you are.
