A place where Yoga and Yogalates classes are held weekly.
The benefits of Yoga and Pilates are cumulative, and a regular practice has immense physical and physiological benefits on the body, mind, and spirit.
If you’ve never practiced Yoga or Yogalates before, I hope to introduce you to their benefits in a kind, gentle, and non competitive environment.
The spectacular view of the Pacific ocean, and the beautiful sound of the waves meeting the shore, provide the background to your practice… and the classes are designed with respect to the individual needs of each person.
The classes are taught by Tracey Craft, who is a kind, safe, experienced teacher. She teaches open general classes to adults to alleviate and manage daily aches and pains, with the aim of supporting emotional, mental and physical resilience.
